Heavy & Light Duty Truck Repair
TMS Diesel needed a breath of fresh air with their website after struggling for a while with their existing, aging one. Their thriving business needed a flexible, more powerful website they could better manage on their own -- and it needed to have solid e-commerce functionality.
- Total website redesign in 2019
- Static content (About, Services, Staff, Contact)
- Engaging, visually stunning home page with large photo slider
- Online store with several hundred products/variations (migrated these from third-party system, Magento)
- Site remained in use for about two years until business decided to move online store to Shopify

Non-profit, "buy local" cooperative
When NH Made needed a complete website redesign with serious custom website features, they turned to Ascent. I partnered with a project manager and graphic designer to bring them the technical know-how and comprehensive knowledge to turn their big dreams into reality.
- Complete website redesign, in collaboration with Steadman Media Group
- Over 1,000 pages of content (static, member profiles, e-commerce products)
- Several interactive forms with database submission
- Full-featured online store with secure payment gateway integration
- Member directory with custom, filterable map locator (over 800 members, each with ability to edit their own profile)
- Private member area with special content
- Instagram feed and Constant Contact email list integration
- Site remained in active use for seven years before NH Made restructured in 2021

Blue Heron
Professional Renaissance choir based in Boston
Blue Heron needed to catapult themselves to a modern, responsive website presence, moving from very old, "direct HTML" editing to a formal, full-featured content management system. They now have over 100 pages of content, all self-maintained -- including comprehensive concert history, Music Director and singer profiles, in-depth info on performance practice and recordings, and more.

Night Song
Non-profit weekly compline (meditation) service based in Cambridge, Mass. Total website redesign in 2016, used for six years until late 2022 when Ascent assisted in a redesign and move to Squarespace. Static content, contact form, basic Facebook integration. Continuing to provide webmaster/maintenance and content updating services.

FORTITUDE HEALTH & TRAINING
Gym & Smoothie Bar in Manchester, New Hampshire. Worked with their existing website, helping manage content updates and adding minor new features/sections. WordPress back-end, with Instagram and Constant Contact integration. Also provided basic IT help. (Website was migrated to Vercel after business was sold in 2022.)
